Soul Ever After LLC, doing business as ALIGN Summit (“ALIGN”, “we”, “us”, “our”), produces ALIGN Summit, ALIGN Local, reALIGN gatherings, and other wellness events and services (collectively, the “Events”).

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your purchase, registration, attendance, and participation in any ALIGN event or service. By purchasing a ticket or service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

GENERAL TERMS (Applicable to All)

Governing Law and Venue
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, regardless of where the event or service takes place. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Data Privacy
By purchasing a ticket or service, you consent to our collection and use of your contact information for event communications, updates, and marketing purposes. We will not sell your information to third parties. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Assumption of Risk
By purchasing any ticket or service, you acknowledge that participation in ALIGN events, gatherings, and services carries inherent risks, including but not limited to risks of personal injury, emotional distress, illness, property damage, or death. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that ALIGN and all Released Parties shall not be held liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from your participation.

Independent Contractors
You acknowledge that speakers, presenters, reALIGN Ambassadors, Sinéad Fine, and other service providers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of ALIGN. ALIGN is not responsible for their acts, omissions, statements, advice, or conduct. Any disputes arising from their services are solely between you and the individual service provider.

Fraudulent Credentials
ALIGN, its agents, and representatives are the sole authorized sellers and distributors of ALIGN credentials (tickets, badges, wristbands, passes). Any credentials not legally acquired from ALIGN or its authorized agents will be considered fraudulent and invalid, and subject to revocation without refund. ALIGN reserves the right to pursue legal action against any person or entity involved in the creation, sale, or use of unauthorized credentials.

ALIGN SUMMIT & ALIGN LOCAL

1. Non-Refundable Tickets
All tickets purchased are non-refundable under any circumstance. This applies to all forms of payment and transaction types.

2. Rain or Shine Event
This event will take place regardless of weather conditions. No refunds will be issued due to weather.

3. Non-Transferable Tickets
Due to the intimate nature of these events and strict capacity limitations, tickets are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold under any circumstance. This policy ensures we maintain a safe, intentional community space for all attendees.

4. Age Restriction
These events are strictly for individuals aged 18 years and over. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

5. Consent for Photography, Videography, and Audio Recording
By attending this event, you consent to be photographed and videotaped. You waive any rights to claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by us or the person or entity designated to do so by us. Photography and video documentation are essential to our event operations and all attendees must agree to this term. Such materials may be used across all platforms and media, including but not limited to social media, websites, email marketing, paid advertising, print materials, and promotional content, including for future ALIGN events and marketing purposes. This use is perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free.

6. Right of Cancellation and Event Modifications
We are committed to delivering a meaningful and transformative experience at ALIGN events. However, we reserve the right to convert the event from in-person to remote or cancel the event for any reason including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, natural disasters, venue emergencies, national and/or world events, or any other unforeseen or unexpected circumstance (force majeure).

You acknowledge and agree that specific programming, speakers, topics, venues, and schedules may change at any time without notice, at ALIGN’s sole discretion. Such changes do not entitle you to any refund, credit, or reimbursement of expenses.
In the event of conversion from live to remote, your ticket will be valid but will not be eligible for a discount or refund. Travel expenditures will not be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.

In the event of a cancellation, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of their general admission ticket and, if purchased, VIP seating ticket. Sinéad Fine special offer tickets will also be refunded in the event of event cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 30-60 days of cancellation notice. Please note that the Company cannot be responsible for any costs associated with travel arrangements, including but not limited to airline tickets, hotel reservations, and ground transportation fees.

We strongly encourage attendees to consider refundable travel options or travel insurance when making arrangements.

7. Prohibited Recording and Content Use
You are strictly prohibited from:

• Recording, copying, livestreaming, or transmitting any audio or video content from ALIGN events
• Using any content from events for commercial purposes without express written permission
• Sharing online event login credentials with others
• Using any technology to remove, bypass, or circumvent content protection measures

Screenshots for personal, non-commercial use only are permitted. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the event and revocation of credentials without refund, and may result in legal action.

8. Health and Safety
You agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines established by relevant health authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control, as well as venue-specific requirements. If required by ALIGN, local authorities, or venue operators, you may be required to provide proof of vaccination, negative COVID-19 test results, or comply with other health screening measures before attending any event.

You certify that you:

• Are not currently experiencing symptoms of any contagious illness
  Have not been diagnosed with or exposed to any contagious disease in the past 14 days
• Will immediately notify ALIGN at hello@alignsummit.com and discontinue participation if you develop symptoms or believe you may have been exposed to a contagious illness

ALIGN reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any Participant who does not comply with health and safety requirements, without refund.

9. Weapons-Free Policy
ALIGN maintains a strict Weapons-Free Policy for all events. You are prohibited from carrying weapons of any kind, including concealed or displayed firearms, onto the premises of any ALIGN event. Bags may be searched prior to entry by ALIGN staff, contractors, or venue representatives. ALIGN reserves the right to deny entry or revoke credentials without refund if this policy is violated, regardless of state or local laws permitting concealed carry.

10. Security and Bag Searches
For security purposes, ALIGN reserves the right to search bags, packages, and personal items prior to entry into any event. Refusal to submit to search will result in denial of entry without refund. Certain items may be prohibited by venue policy, including but not limited to outside food/beverages, large bags, chairs, or other items deemed inappropriate by ALIGN or venue staff.

11. No Tampering with Credentials
Tampering with any credentials, including wristbands, badges, or tickets (e.g., stretching, tearing, cutting, altering, taping, etc.) is prohibited. If tampering is evident, the credentials will be invalidated and confiscated, and you will not be allowed entry to ALIGN venues and/or events without refund.

12. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
By attending an ALIGN event, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to risks of personal injury, illness, property damage, or death. You agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Soul Ever After LLC (DBA ALIGN Summit), its organizers, sponsors, venue owners, speakers, and all affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your attendance or participation in the event.

13. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves with kindness, respect, generosity, and compassion—the core values of our community. ALIGN reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, threatening, or harmful behavior without warning and without refund. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: harassment of any kind, discrimination, violence or threats of violence, intoxication, or any behavior that compromises the safety and wellbeing of other attendees.

If you witness or experience any violation of this Code of Conduct, please contact hello@alignsummit.com immediately. Note that notifying ALIGN does not replace reporting serious incidents to local law enforcement. In emergencies, dial 9-1-1 immediately.

14. Personal Belongings
ALIGN is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings at any event. Attendees are solely responsible for the security of their personal items. As a courtesy only, and without assuming any legal duty or liability, a Lost and Found may be available at event information desks. Unclaimed items may be disposed of at ALIGN’s discretion following the event.

15. Accessibility
We are committed to making our events accessible to all attendees. If you require accommodations due to a disability, please contact us at hello@alignsummit.com at least two weeks prior to the event so we can work to meet your needs. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee all accommodations can be provided.

16. Medical Treatment Consent
You hereby consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if you are injured or require medical attention during your participation in any ALIGN event. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment, medical transportation, and/or evacuation. You hereby release and hold harmless Soul Ever After LLC (DBA ALIGN Summit) from any claim based on such treatment or other medical services.

17. Release of Liability and Indemnification
You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soul Ever After LLC (DBA ALIGN Summit), its owners, operators, organizers, employees, volunteers, contractors, speakers, presenters, performers, sponsors, venue owners and operators, and all affiliated parties (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

• Your attendance or participation in the event
• Any acts, omissions, negligence, or conduct of speakers, presenters, or other attendees
• Any advice, information, or recommendations provided by speakers or presenters
• Any injury, illness, property damage, or death occurring at or related to the event
• Your violation of these terms and conditions
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Any injury or damage you cause to third parties during the event

You acknowledge that speakers and presenters are independent individuals and that ALIGN is not responsible for their statements, advice, recommendations, or conduct.

DISCLAIMER
Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health care professional before starting any exercise, wellness, or health program. Nothing in our content, products, or services should be considered or used as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Soul Ever After LLC (DBA ALIGN Summit) is a media and event company and not a medical provider. Event speakers and facilitators do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. All speakers and topics are subject to change.

reALIGN GATHERINGS

1. Non-Refundable Tickets
All tickets purchased are non-refundable under any circumstance. This applies to all forms of payment and transaction types.

2. Non-Transferable Tickets
Due to the small, intimate nature of reALIGN gatherings (limited to 8-10 participants), tickets are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold under any circumstance. This policy ensures we maintain appropriate group dynamics and a safe space for all participants.

3. Age Restriction
reALIGN gatherings are strictly for individuals aged 18 years and over. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Not a Substitute for Professional Support
By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge and agree that reALIGN gatherings are peer-to-peer conversation and support groups and are NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or have concerns about your physical or mental wellbeing, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

reALIGN Ambassadors are unlicensed peer facilitators providing peer-to-peer support only. In most cases, Ambassadors are not therapists, counselors, or medical professionals. Even if an Ambassador holds professional credentials in a related field, those credentials are irrelevant in this setting. In reALIGN gatherings, all Ambassadors serve strictly as peer-to-peer support facilitators, providing conversation guidance and creating space for participants to share if they wish. Ambassadors do not provide professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy of any kind.

5. Venue Changes or Cancellations
We reserve the right to change the venue location or cancel a reALIGN gathering due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to venue closures, Ambassador unavailability, insufficient attendance, emergency situations, or force majeure. In the event of a cancellation initiated by ALIGN, ticket holders will receive a full refund within 30 days. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the ticket holder or for no-shows.
You acknowledge and agree that specific Ambassadors, topics, venues, and schedules may change at any time without notice, at ALIGN’s sole discretion. Such changes do not entitle you to any refund, credit, or reimbursement of expenses.

6. Prohibited Recording and Content Use
You are strictly prohibited from:

• Recording, copying, livestreaming, or transmitting any audio or video content from reALIGN gatherings without express permission
• Using any content from gatherings for commercial purposes
  Sharing information discussed in gatherings publicly or on social media in ways that could identify other participants
• Respecting the privacy and confidentiality of all participants is essential to maintaining a safe space.
  

7. Health and Safety
You agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines established by relevant health authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control, as well as venue-specific requirements.

You certify that you:

• Are not currently experiencing symptoms of any contagious illness

By attending a reALIGN gathering, you acknowledge that participation in group discussions involves sharing personal information and experiences. You assume full responsibility for your participation and any information you choose to share. ALIGN and reALIGN Ambassadors are not liable for any emotional distress, conflicts, advice given by other participants, or outcomes resulting from your participation.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy
While we encourage respectful and confidential sharing within reALIGN gatherings, ALIGN cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information shared by participants. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others, but you are solely responsible for determining what personal information you wish to disclose during gatherings.

10. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to engage with kindness, respect, and compassion. ALIGN and reALIGN Ambassadors reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, threatening, or harmful behavior without refund. This includes but is not limited to: giving unsolicited medical/psychological advice, dominating conversation time, harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that compromises the safety of other participants.

• Your attendance or participation in any reALIGN gathering
• Any acts, omissions, statements, advice, or conduct of reALIGN Ambassadors or other participants
• Any information, advice, or recommendations shared during the gathering by the Ambassador or other participants
• Any emotional distress, psychological harm, or other consequences resulting from the gathering
• Any injury, illness, property damage, or death occurring at or related to the gathering
• Your violation of these terms and conditions
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Any injury or damage you cause to third parties during the gathering

You expressly acknowledge and agree that reALIGN Ambassadors are unlicensed peer facilitators providing peer-to-peer support only, and that neither the Ambassadors nor ALIGN can be held liable for any advice, statements, facilitation, or outcomes arising from the gathering. Ambassadors are independent facilitators, and ALIGN is not responsible for their conduct, statements, or facilitation methods.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms of this agreement and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

SINEAD FINE ASTROLOGICAL READINGS

1. Non-Refundable
All purchased readings are non-refundable once purchased, unless the event at which the reading was offered as a special ticket upgrade is cancelled by ALIGN. If you purchase a Sinéad Fine reading as part of an event ticket package and that event is cancelled by ALIGN, your reading purchase will be refunded along with your event ticket.

2. Age Restriction
You must be 18 or older to purchase and receive a reading. If purchasing a reading for another person, you agree that the recipient is 18 years or older.

3. Delivery Timeline
Readings are expected to be delivered within 4-6 weeks of purchase, though delivery times may vary based on volume and scheduling availability. ALIGN and Sinéad Fine will make reasonable efforts to meet this timeline but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

4. Scheduling Process
After purchase, you will receive instructions for scheduling your reading. You are responsible for responding to scheduling communications in a timely manner. Failure to respond within 60 days of initial contact may result in forfeiture of your reading without refund.

5. Validity Period
Readings must be scheduled within 12 months of purchase date. Failure to schedule within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of your reading without refund.

6. No-Show and Rescheduling Policy
If you miss a scheduled reading appointment without at least 48 hours advance notice, you forfeit your reading without refund. One rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours advance notice. Additional rescheduling requests may be accommodated at Sinéad Fine’s discretion but are not guaranteed.

7. Format and Delivery
Readings will be delivered in the format specified at time of purchase (e.g., video recording, written report, or live session). Technical requirements for live sessions include a stable internet connection and compatible device. You are responsible for ensuring you meet technical requirements.

8. Recording and Sharing
You may record live sessions for personal use only. Readings are for the recipient’s personal use and may not be shared publicly, reproduced for commercial purposes, or distributed without express written permission from Sinéad Fine and ALIGN.

9. Nature of Service — Entertainment Purposes
Astrological readings are provided for entertainment, spiritual guidance, and self-reflection purposes only. Readings should not be used as a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, financial, or business advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information provided in your reading.

10. No Guarantees
While Sinéad Fine brings expertise and care to every reading, we make no guarantees, warranties, or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of any reading. Results and interpretations are subjective and based on astrological principles.

11. Limitation of Liability
Sinéad Fine and Soul Ever After LLC (DBA ALIGN Summit) shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, losses, damages, or consequences arising from your reading or your interpretation of information provided therein. You assume full responsibility for how you use the information from your reading.

12. Confidentiality
All information shared during your reading will be kept confidential, except as required by law or with your express permission.

13. Release of Liability and Indemnification
You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soul Ever After LLC (DBA ALIGN Summit), Sinéad Fine, and all affiliated parties (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

• Your astrological reading and any information or guidance provided therein
• Any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your reading
• Any interpretations or applications you make of the reading content
• Any technical difficulties, scheduling issues, or delivery delays
• Any emotional, psychological, financial, or other consequences related to your reading

Sinéad Fine is an independent practitioner, and ALIGN is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or delivery of readings.

By purchasing a reading, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.

BY PURCHASING A TICKET OR SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE SOUL EVER AFTER LLC (DBA ALIGN SUMMIT).
